Guys i need help bigtime

guys i get a problem i cant play esf because i get this

"could not initalize installation. file size expected=2240045210, size returned 30303752"

ive played this game in the past... but it installed fine about 15mins before then it woudnt work on steam so i uninstalled and tried again and thats what i got :scared: :scared: plz help

Try downloading a new installer. The one you have is probably corrupted.

but i cant get it to work on steam either, i click the shortcut on the desktop it says couldnt find hl.exe so i browse to it, click it then when i try the shortcut it loads halflife not esf

and i had to change the directory from counterstrike to halflife

o! u mean by installing esf? when u do that u gotta chose 2 things,esf and japanese voices i think,dont chose japanese voices,if thats the problem...

that error simply means the installer you downloaded did not finish - you need to redownload i'm afraid.

guys i got it up..now when im game and click "join servers" nothing happens>? just makes a noise

do you have a server selected? and are you using won? (I mean are you using steam or not?)

that priobs fixed..now when i try n change my configurations theres nothing their.....its just blank!

do you have steam on - I believe that could be caused by using the old WON system

and everytime i try n join a server its freezes...?? this mods more trouble than its worth and yes im using steam! i just installed the full installer(not lite) then put on version esfbeta11 ;s

you need esf beta 1.2.1 to play proplerly - it is the latest version

there is a 1.2.1 full installer around somewhere.

guys ive installed 1.2.1 it wrks now but i just cant connect to any servers! i click the server button nothing happens?>

check your filter to make sure you are searching for esforces
