I recently purchased a video card(GeForce FX 5200 PCI 128 MB DDR) installed and it doesn't help my FPS at all.Do you have to do a console command to activate it or something?Please help, I really need it.I'm getting in the 10-20s ...(and yes, I have done everything to help the FPS)

does your pc have an AGP slot? if it does, get an agp card instead of a pci one. that will be the biggest help. if it doesnt, then chances are, its not just the card, its a combination of your whole system spec...
