Need Help....

C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps

Normally in SteamApps, My user name is supposed to show up right??? Cause if it is then I have a problem, all I get in this Folder is a program named Platform??? Please asist (I haven't used Steam in a couple of months) and now I have to do all this crap over. I need to know where to put Esf and Half-Life.

Run half-life once then come back and complain (after properly installing esf)
