I live in the UK, and am currently usin 300k broadband from ntl, and recently decided to upgrade to the 750k version, as I now have a better job...
The problem is, that when I try to use the ntl.com site or the ntlworld.com sites to upgrade, they need my ntl username and password, which I no longer have, as I am stupid. Ask around, its true.
Any atempts to find out my username and password on the sites, are met with them asking me... my username and password...
Does anyone know if there is a way around this? or will I be forced to wonder around random town centers to look for ntl stalls that I can tell my tales of woe to, before being called a "Noobatious Noobator" and kicked to the ground?
Please help meh!

call maybe? Some times they have little links under the login thing saying "Click here if you forgot your password/username"
