Help!! What to download??

Wich file to download?? i cant find out cause dont want to spend 2 hours downloading the wrong file.. Please help??

Many of the new here dont know how to download the MOD for Half Life 1,so i desided to help here.U go in this place http://www.esf-world.com/main.php?content=fileinfo&file_id=25320 and u give a litle down and u see 2 blue widows -the first is FREE DOWNLOAD WHIT 20 KB SEC and the second FULL SPEED DOWNLOAD FOR 99 CENTS .so u click on te furst one and u have to wait 15 min. to start downloading It is Easy Dont u think????
