If you check the main page at the top right it says they are now testing 1.3...

Before it said Testing: N/A

Theyve been testing for a while, just now its official. How long ago did we see the new turbo aura? They wouldve tested this and that about it before showing us anything.

I think its a sign that the team is actually going to update the main page more than once in a blue moon now. *nudge nudge*

testing is ment to go back and fix things, plus they might be only testing certain things like attacks or maps.
