i know this is stupid question to all of you, but when does the new naruto come out each week?

Naruto airs 7:00PM Japan Standard Time on Wednesdays. If you're asking what time the subbers come out with it.. I can't answer that, because it's a violation of the forum policy! You can try google if you like.
