Do the AF Files still exist? Is there an addon dump for characters?

Interested in maybe making my own server for personal reasons, was wondering if they still exist, if there's a depo somewhere full of ESF custom content I could pick from to forge the server? I found only some here on the forums, and their links do not work in my experience.

EDIT: Right.. "AF" files. Missed the thread title, I failed at reading. What kind of pack is this? Maps/Models or an entire "mod" for this mod altogether?
