I don't know if anyone asked about this before..
Anyway let's say I hit someone with a kamehame, will it explode or push them away and then explode later ? Because you can kill yourself in esf 1.2.3 when you shoot a beam at someone close and it kind of sucked

If the person you hit survives the attack it will explode on contact and it will hurt you if you are close enough. But if the person you hit has low HP and the attack kills them then they will die(and get vaporized) and the beam will continue to keep going.

--- edit ---

Also in esf 1.2.3 kamehame usually need 1 hit to kill your foe, is it like that in final or was the damage done reduced ?

Damage is similar to 1.2.3, but character HPs are about 7 times higher.
