not to bad,i see a few wasted poly's.but if i where you,i should remodel the face cause it's terible.Did you matched your ref good for his face?

i had some trouble modeling the face because it was poly by poly made, and i havnt really done my PBP stuff in max. It did fit the ref, but i think i will remodel it, it has a few wasted polys in it, and i dont like the basic shape of it.

eh .. he looks more like some kind of robot instead of cell (ya i know cell is a cyborg .. bleh .. you know what i mean)

he looks more like a transformer then Cell.. but good try ^_^

keep at it man, atleast u've got the actual modeling part down.. some people cant even model.. now its time to work on praportions and stuff ^_^
