    If you've seen Goku SSJ3 doing his Kamehameha (supreme kai planet, vegeta's respect) then you'd see that The Kamehameha do not only drain alot of energy but stamina aswell. When beamstruggling the stamina should drain less since we saw fighters hold that of easier.

    Nope cuz that way 30-35 metres would be his limit...that's like a bit of suicide with a fully charged kamehameha..but would work well with an half charged kameha...it seems well balanced i guess...anyway..since i am not always around here on the forums.. Any idea's when we can "expect" 1.3?

    :) Yeah people wouldnt have to worry about someone playing dirty by training and then opening the server..cause you powerlevel would be very close/equal to his.. :] IF You joined a little later on 2e-3e-4e Saga..then you can transform already 1-2 times in the 4e some players would fight to...

    Water splash

    How about the splash sound effects and taking 1/2 amount of dmg when you hit the ground..so..you throw someone against the wall {20 dmg} but in the water (same amount of power thrown) then you cause 10 dmg?? With splash adding to that would make it awesome :)
